I give an 8 because when I picked up the vehicle, I felt like when I showed up I was disturbing the person that assisted. I was just handed the key to car and then after a minute or so asked if I wanted to inspect repairs. I just did not feel good when I drove away.

Terrible customer service, terrible management, and mishandling of vehicles while in their possession, causing further damage to the vehicle. Absolutely will not go there again, or recommend them to anybody. Worst experience with a repair shop ever.

The rear bumper repair was done properly, however further damage was caused to my vehicle by the employees. The manager was very rude to me on the phone, and is now refusing to accept responsibility for the damage. I now have to pay more money to fix the damage caused by Caliber Collision. I will never have service done on my vehicle there again.
