My truck was not completed on time due to needing to re prder a bracket that was the wrong one ordered , then was told my truck would be modified to try to make it work , which failed and was told had to re order the bracket which then delayed completion date a week then upon 2nd completion date it was a run arround and hassel to get done due to being told they had to re order a new bracket that day and would need to be delivered which that’s what I was told the first week , so part was never originally ordered when I was told then when I was told for the second time they barley ordered the part that completion would be 6-18 that it was re assembled and put first for Thursday morning calibration and pickup would be at 8:04am which then was told when I called at 1pm that it was third in line to get calibrated which I was told I was scheduled first thing in am and in doing so put me out of my way and a huge inconvienance due to being told that again the truck wasn’t complete and would be done hopefully by 3pm which on numerous occasions I expressed the inconvienance this has caused and my truck is set for service at the dealership at 330 so I needed the vehicle so at 1pm my wife called to speak to advisor who secretary told my wife she left for lunch and would be back at 2pm to call then so at 2:10pm myself called and was told she barley left for lunch at 2 and wouldn’t be back till 3 I wxpressed the regency for the truck needing to get serviced at 330 then I was told my truck was being test driven ? For a rear bumper repair?? Which was odd then upon picking my truck up I’m totally disatisfied the truck was not fixed the paint correction is very visible and pitted when I was told it would be replaced not patched , secondly the bracket that was “being ordered” for two weeks never was even put on the truck as the truck still has the broken bracket on with a loose bumper and all the bumper lifting and not clipped very horrible eye soar for a $90,000 truck then I notice now my passenger side now has a scrape and door ding . I would never recomend

Excellent customer services, detailed notes & updates throughout the whole process of my car repair. The receptionist was kind, understanding & made sure everything/along with my adjuster was on schedule & held the car a few extra days until we could pay the deductible. Car washed & 1/2 tank of gas upon pickup

I would have gave you a 10 but the inspection of releasing a vehicle was not properly done by the maintenance worker or body man they should have noticed my battery cable and tightened it before they even close the hood but all in all sservice was good

I've been there several times and this time I wasn't too happy I always do a full inspection on my vehicle when I bring it home what I expected it I locate it my battery negative cable not tightened loose that can cause a short and short out your computer luckily I checked and further notice on the door they replaced there's a DOT like a dent wasn't happy with that .
