The customer service I received was outstanding, and dealing with Caliber Collision on Hwy 259 in Longview was such a pleasure. They also did a great job on my vehicle. My contact person there was Nick. He is such a class act. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are as good as it gets.

Our repair experience was FIRST CLASS from start to finish! Our service advisor took a personal interest in the evaluation of our auto damage and helped us secure a replacement rental vehicle. He kept us informed during the progress of our repair, and gave us an accurate estimate of when our vehicle would be done. Upon completion of the repair, he quickly informed us regarding the pick-up procedure for our car. When we arrived to pick it up, he attended to us right away and made sure we were happy with the results. We were left highly satisfied and felt we were treated like royalty!

Our Caliber experience was FIRST CLASS from start to finish! Our service advisor was polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions and helped us secure a replacement rental vehicle. He kept us informed during the repair process and gave us an accurate completion time. During the delivery of our repaired vehicle, he explained the repair paperwork and once again kept us fully informed. He left us with a genuinely confident feeling that everything was done properly. At a time when so many businesses are lacking in the customer service area, it is nice to know that Caliber does care about doing the job right and wants to please their customers on a high level. Because of this, I will always recommend Caliber to my family and friends!

They are a wonderful, professional, and friendly group. The process was uncomplicated even through the January ice storm ;-). Wondered though when we got the initial estimate it did not include the cost of recalibration of the sensors on the front of the car so was surprised at the final invoice. I googled the process/reasoning and now understand the added costs. The repairs look good.
