The team at Caliber took such grat care of my vehicle and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I worked with Taylor who made sure she kept in contact and got the correct parts to fix my vehicle. The man that answers the phone (Sebastian, I think) was always very friendly and helpful as well.

I would rate higher but I am waiting on parts to arrive to fix a problem with my blind spot monitoring system that came up the day I picked up my vehicle. This system was replaced as part of my repair but the parts used in the repair seem to have a defect. I’m assuming this will be resolved but can’t say that yet because I am still waiting.
