my outstanding experience with Hailee and the team at Caliber Collision. My experience began with my first phone call regarding my claim. From the very beginning, the front office staff was professional, welcoming, and accommodating. Although their schedule was very busy and I had to wait about a week before bringing my vehicle in, they worked with my schedule, and I was completely comfortable with the wait. Hailee was especially impressive throughout the entire process. She was informative, kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She kept me updated by sending text messages regarding the status of my vehicle and information related to my Progressive claim. The estimated completion date for my vehicle was June 17, and I was pleased that the repairs were completed exactly as promised on the estimated pickup date. Whenever I called with questions or requested an update, every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and eager to help. Their excellent communication and customer service made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision location to anyone needing vehicle repairs. In fact, my sister-in-law, Shelby Featherly, recently had a vehicle inspected at Caliber Collision and was the person who recommended them to me. After my own experience, I can confidently say that recommendation was well deserved. Thank you to Hailee and the entire team for providing such exceptional service.

The staff are awesome, genuine, caring, and helpful. Unfortunately, there are parts of my front bumper that I thought would not still be “sticking out.” It’s definitely better than it was. However, there are still some pieces that appear slightly loose.
