My car looked wonderful and shiny looks brand new I got car back faster than predicted made me happy I love my car even with 114,659 miles it’s a 2014 Buick Verano if Buick would make me a deal I might get a newer car if the price is right. This is the only body shop I would ever take any of my vehicles to. Lane is always so professional and a pleasure to deal with. He makes sure the vehicle repairs are completed in a timely manner and always makes sure the vehicle is properly fixed. And Payton is the tech who fixed my vehicle. His work is top notch! He goes above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done properly. I really appreciate everyone at this location. When I picked my Jeep up it looked as if it came off the show room floor. I appreciate the care that this team has. Thank you!!!!

I told Miss LISA and Austin when I picked up my vehicle that this was the Disney World of car repair. First of all, I was hesitant to use a big body shop that is on a big scale, butI got great communication all throughout the time that caliber had my vehicl. When I picked up my vehicle after weeks I’m not having it. We were very satisfied with how it looked. However, it would not start because the battery drained. Caliber made sure that they jumpstarted me and promised me a new battery first thing in the morning if it was gonna leave us stranded in addition, they had us call them to make sure that it started when we got home. This is A+ service and I’m very satisfied with Nick, (in Longview) Lisa, Austin, and the gentleman who jumped off our vehicle. I’m sure the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. It’s peace of mind, knowing there’s a lifetime warranty.
