It took a month to fix my truck even though I kept telling them I needed it back. After I brought it home, the next day it rained. Had water in my floor board. Now I have to take it back.

The Tyler center was very friendly. They told me my truck should be done in 2 weeks. Longview center wouldn’t hardly communicate with me at the beginning 2 week because my truck was just sitting there. The last 2 weeks they had it they communicated with me better.

Very friendly, professional & fast service. My rep kept in contact with me with update & ready times. The repair work was done very well including the paint work. I felt they went above & beyond in their service & interaction, esp since the whole process of working with insurance claim & rental car coordination. I would absolutely use them again & highly recommend to others!
