My first time using caliber I didn’t know anybody there and I met Mr. Michael Sullivan, who was the best representative of your company that I could possibly imagine. He kept me in the loop for every single thing. He was extremely professional professional very welcoming. He went above and beyond of anything that I ever expected from a body shop as much as I enjoy this process I hope I’ll never have to use them again but everybody I meet. I will definitely send his way.
