Colton was the person who handled my car. He was excellent - very kind and efficient. Angela, at the front desk, was very helpful too - very pleasant. Both were awesome. The work was done in a timely manner. Colton kept me updated along the way. My SUV looks great.

From th beginning of my experience getting a call attempting to set up drop off, to walking into the Loop Longview,TX location, being greeted with a among face and having delightful conversation until Mr.Colton Stewart, svc advisor came out meet me. The Informative updates through the Journey until the end. Again that same smile at th front desk. Refreshments and cooking show on TV, then picking up my vehicle. I am very to say. I am so happy there is great customer service and people who care not only about your vechile but your experience as well. I would delightful tell anyone about the service I had with not only Caliber Collison but the step by step experience and Personal Touch extended until the end.
