This is my 5th repair in 10 years with Caliber. The first 3 were in Wylie TX, and the last 2 in Longview. My cars have always looked amazing - just like new. They have never disappointed me.

I have had my cars fixed by Caliber Collision for the last 10 years - first in Wylie, TX, and now in Longview, TX. In the last 8 months, I’ve had 2 incidents (not my fault) and had Longview Caliber handle the repairs. Mike handled my first one. He kept in constant touch with me letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. He dealt with the insurance company and bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. My second incident was handled by Hailee. She also kept me informed and was always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jamie made sure everything ran smoothly, and Angela at the front desk was always a delight to work with and talk to. They are all a very friendly bunch, and my car looks good as new! Thank you guys for all you do for your customers!!

Everything was done in a timely manner and the hospitality was phenomenal! I was made known of every update which I appreciated very much. Caliber Collision is the best place I have ever taken my vehicle too. I definitely will be recommending them to everyone in the future!
