Stephen was easy to talk with explaining what need to be done in layman’s terms. The receptionist was professional and extremely courteous. I was picked up by Zack, patient and extremely courteous. The service never wavered in any capacity with each employee in different roles.

CaliberCollision did a great job in telling us what they were going to do including checking for unseen damages which are not often apparent. Jonathon did a great job of walking us through the process from start to finish. We were given timely updates via texts and email of progress of ordering parts, their installation, and when the job was completed (meeting the schedule as discussed prior to the work starting). The office waiting area was clean and hospitable, and all the staff polite and professional. Overall a great experience and will be a repeat customer.

The repair quality was fair and good. However there were two things not fully repaired or replaced from the accident on my car. These parts being the right passenger side rocker panel. It still sticks out off of the car near the passenger rear door by the tire. They said that it was fine and not going anywhere. Meanwhile they took off and completely refinished the driver left side rocker panel, and only removed and put back the passenger side panel, and did not refinish or replace it. The second thing would be the rear passenger tire. I was told that it was not replaced because it was not in the accident, when the passenger side was the initial impact side of my car going into a ditch. However all the other tires were replaced due to the accident, which it makes zero sense to not replace them all. Especially both of the passenger side ones who were the main point of contact with the ditch involved in the accident.

The customer service when received was good. However, you do not recieve updates on your vehicle. I had to be the one to call to see where things were at in the process of my car being done. The only time I was contacted first was for my initial set-up with the tow services and then when my car was ready to be picked up.
