I was given my car back after the damages were supposedly fixed and after looking at the bill and driving it its clear only body work was completed and no mechanical issues were addressed leaving me to drive a vehicle that is unsafe as it yanks me off the road which is a hazard to myself and those on the road around me. i am very upset that this is the results i have received.

If given the opportunity to rate the service I received from Caliber, it would be 10 of 10. I have to give a Special thanks to Carson. Mr. Carson kept me informed on the status and any issues replacing matched parts for my vehicle. During the day of delivery Carson notice a couple of smudges and quickly buffed them out. I also have to give credit to a job well done to the painter for a better than factory paint job. I'm still amazed at the awesome service I received. Thank you, so much. Great Experience.
