They didn’t not complete all the repairs as planned and discussed. Disappointed with how our service was handled and no resolution was attempted to rectify the matter states “we are too busy.” Even after having had my car close to a month.

When I picked it up, it was running. When I got to my office I parked it all day. Last night I get in it to go home and the battery is dead as a do or nail. Not happy in Madison

They continually extended the repair time costing me an exorbitant amount to rent a car. Only to end up with a filthy vehicle, a dead battery and the alignment severely lacking. They had nothing to say, not even I’m so sorry Ms. Thornton and return a clean car with a good battery. I wouldn’t give them a recommendation if my life depended on it. They suck!

My repair technician was Steve. From start to finish, he was above professional and he represented Caliber in the most servicing fashion….I was pleased to have been assigned him as my technician. If I could, he would receive more than the allotted stars. Caliber overall was thorough and communicated well—thank you.
