5 Stars! Amazing work and even better service. I recently took my truck to Caliber Collision in Madison after getting rear-ended, which left my bumper in pretty bad shape. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and made a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. What really stood out to me was the communication—they kept me updated efficiently from start to finish, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. Most importantly, the quality of the work is top-notch. My truck looks brand new again! I 100% give them my highest recommendation. If you need repairs, this is the place to go!

I was not satisfied with the alignment of the back door. I did mention it to the guy on the day I picked up. Also, it is obvious that the color of back panel is different from the rest of the vehicle.

I WOULD LIKE TO GET TO KNOW WHITNEY AND CARSON ON SEE RDOTHER TERMS OTHER THAN REPAIRING MY CAR.. BUT EACH TIME IT'S BEEN A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE..I THANK THEN AND MY CAR/TRUCK THANKS THEM WHITNEY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD AND CARSON REALLY REALLY DOES A GREAT JOB..
