Would recommend on quality of overall work. However the lack of attention to detail would be noted.

Received the car after the initial repairs. Overall the work looked well done and the car was returned in a clean state. However, one of the Orings around a rear proximity sensor was not placed properly and required return to the shop to seat properly. Additionally, even though the same bumper piece was new it was delivered with a visible scratch. Returned the car the following week for replacement of the piece. Overall very satisfied with the work, but the scratch and inconvenience of having to leave the vehicle for another week was unfortunate.

It would have been a 10 except for the guy that we first saw that insisted that we had to leave our car there even though they couldn't get to it for a week or so and our car was perfectly drivable. The receptionist, Natalie, was first class. Bryant, the manager, was outstanding. He apologized to us for having to leave our car there unnecessarily and chastised the guy who told us that. He took over heading up the details of our repair and did an outstanding job.

Outstanding service. When offender’s insurance gave us difficulties Bryan gave us excellent service and smoothed out all issues. Natalie was also extremely attentive. When I called I didn’t get answered by robots I got answered by people. And of course the job was done well. Props to these people for running an honest business and run well in the 21st century. Hard to find service this good.
