I was very pleased with the service. Every time I talked to someone, they were very clear and direct about the process before, during, and after. Devon was the most helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. as said, NOT complete and they passed a crooked bumper install as acceptable.

Numerous issues still evident when I came to pick up my truck. It seemed as though excuses were being made and that I was pointing out things that didn't exist or weren't there due to the accident. It seemed as though the guys thought I wouldn't notice what to me were obvious oversight issues on their part, including paint overspray on the kick plate on the passenger side, a dent in the hood, a crooked front bumper and a nick in the passenger side door...all of which were not there prior to the accident. I was VERY SPECIFIC about making sure the bumper was straight once installed, and I was assured that it would be. It was NOT...at least 1/2 inch off. Then told that it was adjusted as much as possible. Unacceptable. Very frustrating and disappointing. Now I'm waiting for the OEM bumper to come in so it can replace the aftermarket bumper that was initially installed. Another week in the body shop is what I'm being told in order to finish the job that they claimed was complete when I went to pick up the first time.

They did everything good about my car. Except it took them a long time to do so from April 23 until May 27. The other problem is that my gas can’t cover does not pop open when I pull the switch inside the car. However, they’re gonna be ordering the piece and they’re gonna be fixing it on their time and dime.
