All of the work was explained to me ahead of time. From the time of my accident until the work was done was just over a week. I couldn’t drive on the day it was finished and Caliber offered to bring my car to me and return the rental for me. Everyday of the process I was texted by the technician about the progress. Very friendly and professional service.

I thought the work was satisfactory and appreciated the rental car but was disappointed with the communication with Colton in that it was much less than with previous appointments and did not text me day before car was done as in the past. I was also disappointed that I had to find a way to wash my car after I picked it up. In the past my car was always clean and ready to go. When I pointed out that it was dirty I was instructed on how to get it clean myself. As an older woman with severe arthritis I cant wash the car myself as Colton instructed but had to find some one to help me. I took pictures in case there was any interest in what I meant.

The Caliber Collision facility is clean and welcoming. Colton & his team were extremely good at communicating updates regarding the progress of repairs on my vehicle.
