The Caliber Collision facility is clean and welcoming. Colton & his team were extremely good at communicating updates regarding the progress of repairs on my vehicle. The repairs needed on my vehicle were done thoroughly and professionally. Even the inside of my car was touched up and clean! I was very impressed.

I cannot recommend Caliber due to the poor experience. At the end of the day, it was a long process, there was a lot of hearsay, in regards to new issues appearing and no accountability being taken. I had a lot of extra time and expense with this experience. The icing on the cake was that upon picking up the vehicle, Colton said he was not sure if we had met as the vehicle was towed in, but I dropped off the vehicle with him and had several conversations about handing off the vehicle and giving an overview of the condition. He even drove it to the back lot.

Wrong parts were ordered along the way, and it sounds like there were issues with a fan. There were also electrical issues that came up after bringing in the vehicle that were in working order before it was dropped off. (Steering wheel buttons)

Colton was forgetful. He did not remember who I was or dropping the vehicle with him and doing a walk around and show of the issues that were apparent (airbag light, and forward collision items disabled - AEB, ACC). I had scheduled pick up multiple times, and was met with new questions, new issues, and was told that it could have been an issue before the accident. I think communication could be clearer if there was a thorough evaluation at the beginning of the process. I ended up escalating to the general manager and still had to pay additional out of pocket beyond my deductible.
