Car was delivered with lug nuts that were not torqued appropriately and they fell off during a 100 mile drive home to Virginia. This was an extremely unsafe situation at highway speeds. The silver trim on the driver side window was not attached correctly.

He gave me precise explanations of what was going to be done and when. I received several updates during the process informing me of the work’s progress. The job was very well done.
