The communication was amazing with all of the updates. Unfortunately, there was more damage to my car than what was expected. My car ended up being in the shop for about two weeks longer than expected. They continued to communicate with me with updates. Although my car was there for longer than expected, I am thankful that they caught the extra damage to the vehicle or else it would have gotten much worse over time.
