Quality of repair is indeed satisfactory 10/10. What was even greater was the amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Anytime I called, someone would answer right away to answer any questions. I was able to fill out any forms online and the whole process was smooth. I got plenty of updates throughout the process. Ryan was absolutely amazing, kept me up to date, filled me in with detailed updates, and was so gracious to work around my work schedule to pick up my vehicle even after operating hours. He’s awesome and everyone else at Caliber Collision Mankato. I was very nervous about sending my car to a shop far away from me that I’ve never been to but I was very surprised at how smooth everything went. Thanks guys!

Actually this is Richard who had his car repaired. Caliber was fantastic!!! Everyone I met who dealt with my repairs we absolutely professional and wanted to help me as much as they could. Yes, I would recommend them! They treated me like so was important. The service was superio!!!
