We’re from Minnesota. I think the service is faster and when completed your vehicle always came back with full detail and they would vacuum the inside. They value the customer and showed it looks great. Not just the side that the work was done.

Very friendly staff and kept me updated. I felt it took to long and would have been nice to have whole body detailed when finished. Repair looks good but it would have been nice to get it all buffed out to match the shine or finish to match the repair.

Dealing with Caliber was about as professional as you can get. I knew what was happening in real time due to their consistent communication. About a month after the repairs the daytime running light on the damaged side quit working. Caliber reached out to the insurer and together they made me whole. Great service and great follow through.
