Brandon and Jeff were welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They listened as I told them what had happened to my car, and Jeff immediately looked at it and assessed what needed to be done. He assured me that he would call me as soon as he determined the extent of damage. He and Brandon called or texted me throughout the repair. I am totally pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision. As I told them, I will recommend Gerber Collision to my family and friends. And the best part is I did not have to take it back because they did it right the first time!

When I walked into the shop, I was immediately greeted by Jeff with a welcoming smile and a "How can I help you?" We walked outside, and I showed him the damage to my car. He assured me they could fix it, and he would apprise me daily of the progress. Brandon joined us while we were looking at my car, and I felt very comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their care. They then called Enterprise for me to arrange the rental car. I was impressed with the customer service from beginning to end!

Before this incident, the rating would’ve been a 10. Gerber has done lots of really good work on my sisters SUV.

Satisfied with my new tailgate it looks great! My truck however, came back with a scratch across the tail light lens and the paint below the tail light that was not there when I delivered the truck to Gerber. I went around the truck with a gentleman named Jeff, who had a yellow marker and we marked all the places that I wanted estimates to fix and I would have pointed that out if it had been there prior to my leaving the truck Jeff did buff out a scratch for me which I really appreciate. I’ve not gotten anywhere with the general manager on the scratch. He sent me a picture in a screenshot from the software, but it does not indicate pictures or when they were taken so basically it’s my word against his and I just have to live with it.
