I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The quality of the work on my Bronco was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. Amy and Kevin were both fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made everything as stress-free as possible. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the repairs. The attention to detail and communication really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Caliber Collision in Mattoon is absolutely wonderful to work with. The person that hit us has horrible insurance, Allstate, to work with. Caliber was great at keeping us informed of all changes. I also noticed Caliber did a little cleanup of the front area. THANKS!!!

I would suggest this shop to anyone. I would drive out of my way to return here.

This was by far the best service I have ever received. An abundance of communication, kindness and willingness to work with my ever changing situation. The work on my car was top level.
