The mattoon store in Illinois did a wonderful job. Looked like it did when it came of the car lot new. Working with Nick was a very good experience. Easy to work with and understanding with my busy schedule 10/10 recommended.

they people themselves were very nice, the. work was great, I would just recommend for anyone to call daily as to the status.

being told that car is still being worked on and not a confirmed date, then made plans to leave town and did, then to be called and told car is ready and i only have 24 hours to pick up the vehicle, not okay. time frame and dates would have been helpful. Also, being told the key would be locked in the car and spending 20 minutes in 10 degree weather looking for a key that is not there was not okay. A simple phone call would have been nice. Had to make a special trip back to get my key and never told about it.

I've always went to Porter's for quality bodywork on my vehicles. And now that caliber collision has taken over, they appear to have the same quality of work as porters did. I will definitely go back.
