My only problem was I couldn’t get my truck until the insurance paid. That cost me a lot of money because I had to cancel some jobs that I needed the truck for.

The body work they did was great. But the paint color they chose does not match the rest of the car. They agreed that it didn’t. If they knew they couldn’t match the color they should have said something before painting it. Instead of painting it and telling us they did their best and this is an 18 year old car and it’s a hard color to match. I’m sure if it was a newer car they would have done a better job. What really stinks is they painted this exact car last year and match the color almost perfectly. You couldn’t tell the difference. So I know they could have done a better job. But now we are left with a car that doesn’t match. Their ‘best’ was not good enough. This shop was our go to place. They have worked on a few of our cars. We will never take our vehicles there again.
