I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Mattoon IL. They did a outstanding job repairing my Acadia. Amy the lady at the front desk is awesome to work with, Very polite and out going . The whole team that i dealt with was very out going . Don't look any further for your cars repairs.

There really should be a higher number than 10 for this category because they deserve it. Communication is a huge factor in keeping somebody happy and less stressed during an insurance claim and these guys were on top of it. There was a couple of issues with damaged parts which was going to extend my vehicles stay in the shop (which was in no way Caliber Collision’s fault to my knowledge) and they notified me immediately and informed me of the mishaps. I was honestly so surprised that I was receiving an update on these issues that I didn’t even care that things were getting delayed. You just don’t get that kind of communication with service anymore these days and it was very nice. They even took the initiative to notify the insurance company and the rental car company about these changes on my behalf which was in itself something very small but saved me from stressing about trying to get ahold of people for hours on end to explain the situation. It was just seamless through and through and it has been a LONG time since I have spread a company’s name around from a GOOD experience to almost everyone I talk to. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a very pleasant experience with Caliber Collision, the staff was very helpful, the outcome of the repair was above my expectations and I am completely satisfied! There was so much hail damage on my car I never expected it to look the same again, they were able to make it look like it was brand new off the show room floor!

Caliber collision got my truck in quickly, parts were ordered and my truck was done within a couple of days! Upon pick up I realized they also cleaned my truck and sent it through the car wash for me! I most definitely recommend going here!!
