Calliber Collision provided incredible service for my Mini Cooper Countryman. I received timely updates on my vehicle’s status and on the arrival of necessary parts for repair. If there was ever a delay in part delivery, I was notified immediately. When my car was returned, it was clear that the car was detailed and cleaned. It truly came back better than it was! I am very satisfied with my service and will be recommending Calliber Collision to any friends and family members who need car repair.

Car took too long to fix, your digital update tool does not say much. When I followed up and was promised a call back, never got it. My hood now has sprinkles of white paint which shows no attention to detail.

I'm not one for giving out 10s on surveys but Caliber's team from start to finish delivered an outstanding experience, starting and ending with Jorge Villanueva's professional, informative and caring demeanor which is the reason I returned to Caliber after a need for the same kind of issue from 3 years ago. Others in his position at similar shops beat around the bush and are imprecise if not altogether dishonest. Jorge, on the other hand, delivers by saying the truth rather than what a client may wish to hear and this certainly reflects well to the company's benefit. Caliber should recognize his fine professional efforts on its, as well as the clientele, behalf. I also am very impressed with the fine appearance (in person as well as by telephone) of the various young women who receive the public. Other businesses, of all stripes, should take note. Jorge my advisor was very very professional.he made sure to call me and keep me updated throughout every step of the process. He really made it easy to deal with. He is very professional and a nice guy at the same time. I can’t thank Jorge enough as well as the entire staff. If god forbid I would ever need any service done in my car. I would definitely take it to caliber collision again. I highly recommend them you seriously won’t regret it. And for the record I’ve very picky with my car. They really impressed me.
