The repair job turned out perfect from what I can see. There was a delay in finishing my car. It was not Caliber’s fault. The mechanic that they work with was unprepared to do the necessary repairs. Caliber was exceptional in that they drove over 200 miles to return my car to me since my work schedule did not allow me to drive that distance to get the car on days Caliber was open. They returned my rental car so I would not have additional fees going over my insurance limit. Everyone that I interacted with on the phone was very nice and kept me informed as much as possible. It was definitely a stressful and frustrating situation with all the delays but in the end everything worked out well.

You guys did an excellent job communicating with me on my car’s status and also when I called to ask if it could be finished sooner due to the holidays, it was ready hours later which was great.
