I am 87 years old and they treated me very well. Kept me informed about their progress, the lady that set up my appt and got the rental car was very kind and efficient. Also the Asst. manager was very informative and took good care of my problems.

Outside of the enterprise not doing there job right. Caliber collision from the start has been very informative, professional and friendly and understood that this your vehicle and you need it back asap finish job week sooner then estimated. . Truck looks like it did before the accident which is awesome.

The quality of the body work looks great. Picking up my car, the spare tire was just thrown in the trunk area. There’s a large metal piece that I’m not sure what it is just sitting in my rear seat. Upon “completion”, we were called Thursday evening to pick up “finished” vehicle. I called Friday morning & let the advisor know that MyVW app was still showing the sensors out on the vehicle. The advisor, Becky, stated “well I told your husband to pick up yesterday to avoid this. I’ll have my manager look over the car AGAIN but it’s done.” I then called my insurance adjuster. My adjuster got ahold of the manager who stated they had not completed the calibration of the sensors yet. So I was flat out lied to about completion? The ONE item I can check as being completed via my app was NOT done? This gives me ZERO confidence about the quality of work done to my vehicle. My car was also just left in disarray with the tire and the metal piece. I informed my adjuster to quite frankly, take Caliber off their list of preferred places because my experience was awful and I will recommend literally anyone but them. The outside of my car looks nice. But the advisors were terrible. 0/10 if I could.
