They were fairly quick, but there was still a significant dent behind a tail light. The crew didn't catch it, but we, the customers, did. Took several days for them to fix it. There was still a minor dent, but we decided to not fix it because we needed our car back. They also promised lifetime warranty on the paint, so we will see. The staff were great and very friendly. Kept us up to date almost daily on progress. I would return because they did their best to make it right.
