Randy and Alayna were amazing! Alayna was extremely attentive throughout the entire process and always made sure I was kept updated. Every time I called to check on the progress, Randy personally took the time to explain where things stood and what the timeline looked like. He even called me himself on several occasions to keep me informed throughout the repair. They delivered exactly within the promised timeframe and were actually able to have my vehicle ready a day earlier than expected, which I really appreciated since I was traveling from another city to pick it up. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Randy and Alayna were both excellent to work with, and I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. 5 Stars ! Thank you!

Randy and Alayna were amazing! Alayna was extremely attentive throughout the entire process and always made sure I was kept updated. They did a great job on both of our trucks! We had so much hail damage, but you would never know now. They even detailed them before we picked them up, and they were dirty. Nice surprise! And their receptionist clearly knew her duties, and how to work with difficult insurance companies. Highly recommend this auto repair shop!!
