The local branch that repaired my car knows exactly my grievances. There is no need for it to go further. I will say the general manager went above and beyond to try to help and to explain things. Her customer service was outstanding and is probably the main reason I will not say anything more. I don’t need to be contacted.

When our car was returned to us there was an engine light on the dashboard and it smelt like antifreeze. Also the hood was not level and the bumper above the wheel well was uneven. It look terrible.

The only thing wrong was it took longer than original estimate time. But damage was repaired to my satisfaction and done extremely well, We are satisfied the service and employees were awesome, especially Mike Cheli.

They kept me informed throughout the repair process. My car looked great after the repairs and they even returned it clean inside and out. They answered all my questions and they delivered excellent service and even the office staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to others!

I was extremely impressed and very satisfied with their work!! They got my car in the next day and it was fixed in a day and a half!! They even washed waxed and vacuumed my car. I highly recommend them!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Mike was very informative about what was going on with the repairs. He even took care of returning the rental car I had while my car was being fixed. I highly recommend them!! The work they do is extraordinary and you can't even tell it was damaged, brought it back to factory looking! They even guarantee the work they do for as long as you own the car, it doesn't get any better than that!! Thank you for making my experience wonderful!!

I experience more road noise while driving than I did before I had the work done. Otherwise my experience was a good one.

Again everything was good except for the one problem.

Everything is like new except I have noticeably more wind noise at 50 plus miles an hour than I had before the repair of the drivers side door.
