Even though there were a few unavoidable delays Caliber Collision has some super friendly people and they are very good at texting you and keeping you informed of repairs that are happening. Oh, and the outcome was awesome, the work and new paint on my truck is outstanding! I would definitely recommend them!

Still have small dent above back wheel.Wire cover left off inside panel of car. Had to install myself. Door warning now going off after they did work.

Not knowledgeable. Did not understand the safety issue of only replacing 2 tires on an AWD vehicle. Ended up having to buy own tires so vehicle was safe to drive

The young lady at the desk went above and beyond what I feel was beyond her job scope. Due to some confusion on Enterprise part she was gracious enough to take me and my two dogs to Enterprise. While I was talking to the employees she stayed out in the truck with my 2 doggos and made them feel comfortable. That's what stuck out with me about the service. They dont treat you as a customer more like a friend or family member also the craftsmanship on fixing the tail light is spectacular.
