My Experience

Jordan was so friendly and helpful from the first call. I had 3 shops to call and check out before making a decision on where to go since I couldn't go to my hometown Autobody shop under my Insurance without paying a lot more. Jordan's helpful nature sold me immediately! She took charge and handled everything for me from that point including arranging for enterprise to pick me up on drop off day. Mike made the intake process very easy and pleasant even though I was nervous about using a new shop. Cody stayed in frequent communication and explained so many details so well the whole way through the process. I picked up my car today and Jordan was just as friendly, cheerful and helpful as she had been on the phone and drop off. Cody called to speak to me before I left in my vehicle even though he was off the property! My car looks beautiful amd drove great all the way home. The inside had even been cleaned. They were awesome!

My truck repair was very fast. The repair looks very good. My truck was cleaned after. The staff was very helpful. Jordan was very relentless on getting my rental taken care of for me.
