Caliber kept me up to date on the repairs that were taking place. They tried their best to get my car back to me in a timely matter but due to part availability issues, it took a few weeks (not their fault!). I was able to get my car back until they get the necessary part. I’d recommend Caliber Collision as everyone I spoke with was professional and kind and also very thorough with any explanations to questions that I had.

A scratch wasn’t repaired on the rear cab pillar and it appears worse now than before they said insurance changed it to where it was buff only but I wasn’t notified. Also it said to drop off with a full tank of gas which I did and upon pickup there was less then a half a tank. So was my vehicle driven?

Car was declared ready and passed quality checks. When I arrived I could see the orange peel in the clear coat on the front door as I pulled up. Rear door was also painted but with no orange peel. So it clearly was not checked or expectation was that that was a acceptable.

Customer service was fine but offering to come back in one month to have the door buffed out is not acceptable. I need to now again take time out of my day for this. There was more than enough time to ensure the paint finish quality as th car sat waiting in parts after paint.
