I know they were short handed my only complaint is they would text it would be done on a certain date and then say a different date. Just be honest and it goes a long way.

Very professional. They kept me updated on my repair, and met the estimated dead line. Everybody at Caliber Collision is very friendly and answered any concerns I may have had with my car. Shawn went over my car with me, on what parts were replaced and what they did with the other minor damage. Abby who works the desk, very professional and answered any concerns I had. I would highly recommend them.

The texts I got informing me of what was happening throughout the process were wonderful! The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because it took waaay longer than expected. I know that isn't all Caliber's fault. My car looks and runs fantastic now! Everyone was very nice, friendly, and informative!!
