Amazing job. Great professionalism and quality of work. They exceeded my expectations of my car repairs and made the insurance claim and car rental experience the easiest transition I've ever had to do! Everything was done for me and was ready for me. I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot, I picked it up on the tenth of thus month , and the Jeep was running rougher then when I dropped it off . Overall the staff , with the exception of Gen. Mngr. Shawn Bullock was very helpful .

The personnel staff themselves were friendly and helpful. The updating texting system has something to be desired. gives very little information. No need to give daily updates if nothing at all has changed. Got one text in morning stating one thing and something different that evening. last week car was done and got text after closeing every day that the pick up date was bumped to the next day. Then next day very interesting that you wouldnt update that wouldn't be able to pick up car until after closing time again. Did not appreciate the texting update system at all.
