I picked my car up late on a Friday night. The a/c and heat worked fine prior to hitting a deer, neither of them worked after I picked it up. I took my car back and Shawn proceeded to treat me as if I were a dumb female that didn’t know how to operate my own vehicle and “teach” me how to use the system. Instead of admit fault and apologize, I received a condescending text message once again implying my ignorance. I am well aware of how to operate my car and more aware than most females how all systems in my vehicle and others work as well as the proper name of parts and such.

The fact that the time and effort was taken to found through every part (even though transferred from another auto body shop) was very important. The other shop cut corners and you guys did not. You made sure to have OEM parts repaired as they should be. That made me extremely happy. And the face that excess insurance cost was not passed onto me. Your staff was great. The constant text updates on car status was great. Wonderful job and I will be returning (I hope not) if I must. Love the staff and frontforwardness and communication at this Mt. Vernon location
