I had the BEST experience with Caliber! I really appreciated how often I was contacted on the status of my repair and the promptness of the team if I had any questions. Everyone involved was so kind from the estimate all the way to the pick up and that went a long way for me considering I didn’t know much about the shop beforehand. I would absolutely use their service again. 10/10 and highly recommend!

depends if paying out of pocket or insurance covered. profit on parts in the supply chain is excessively high probably due to payment by insurance companies . I can purchase oem or aftermarket parts at a fraction of the cost. many or most of the so called oem parts are not manufactured by the vehicle assembler and many times aftermarket parts are of a higher quality that oem,. one exception might be stamped body panels.
