The Caliber Team did a Great Job fixing my Ford!! They took their time and were very thorough with everything!! They kept us updated everyday to let us know how things were going and we appreciated that!! They even made sure the insurance company was kept informed while we had a rental and was able to extend our time needed without any worries!! Job Well Done to Sean and the Caliber Team!! We are excited to have my "Casper" back!! 😁

After waiting a month to get a door ding fixed, with 3-4 estimated finish dates pushed back, I finally got my car back to find that the automatic door lock popped off the casing/housing unit for said lock and the seal on the door itself isn't tight so I both hear and feel the breeze coming through, which is ideal now that the weather is getting colder. I'm just glad that my insurance wasn't the one covering it or I would've taken my business elsewhere and probably will in the future. The only positive is that they did a decent, basic clean on it's interior as well as exterior. I'd have to say 1/5 stars overall.

But only if they are in no hurry. 25 days is entirely too long to repair a door. Should have been 1 week, but that is not the shop’s fault. I realize it is your business model of operation.

Repair took too long. First we brought it in mid-May given an appointment for 2 weeks later. Seen in mid-June, estimate given then scheduled July 1 after which it was left for 1 month with escalating estimates. So total process took 2.5 months with estimate going from $1800- $6100. This was a difficult process. However the car was fixed and they remained pleasant throughout.
