The front end of my car was damaged from an accident. It had to be towed to their facility. Everything was taken care of so quickly. I received daily texts with updates as to the status of the repairs. I could’ve called them but didn’t feel the need as I was always being made aware of how the work was progressing. I was given a projected completion date but luckily they finished everything 3 days ahead of schedule. The repair work looks fantastic. My car looks brand new!

The transmission coolant line was not properly hooked up to the new radiator causing check engine lights and leaking transmission fluid. This also put me at risk of blowing the transmission in the vehicle.

The BEST!!! I would never go anywhere else! 1 They assign a person who will have all the info you need if you call. They always keep you updated! 2. They have the rental car delivered there before you bring your car in. 3. They waste, no time fixing the car! 4. My car was fixed quickly. I went to pick it up and it looked brand new! They even washed it and dried it. It was beautiful! 5. They have the best employees, they explain everything to you, answer any questions whatsoever, and let you know when it’s ready to be picked up quickly!

I worked with Pat for my repair. He was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. After dropping off my car and speaking with him initially I felt very comfortable understanding the process and what was going to be done. He kept me updated throughout the repair leaving me very happy I chose Caliber Collision. The women at the front desk were very helpful as well.
