They got the repairs done in a timely manner, even before they said it would be done. It was really convenient to have the rental place bring the car there and to just return the rental at the repair shop. It was really nice to have text updates throughout the week. My Honda was released for pick up and when I checked the work that had been done I knew it was not right. The hatch didn't close right, it was crooked and upon further inspection the window that was replaced is defective. Why wasn't this noticed before the car was released for me to pick up???

My vehicle was involved in a fender bender and the responsible party’s insurance recommended Caliber. I also had previous damage to my vehicle and they were able to fix it all. There pricing was reasonable, the communication was great, and the work was done well and completed in a short amount of time. I will definitely go back if needed. Highly recommended!
