From commencement to conclusion, I was met with wonderful customer service, constant unsolicited updates (which I LOVED!) and repairs that were complete prior to the estimated completion date given. My rubber car mats had a white dust all over them. They had to be scrubbed and I cleaned them the best I could. There was also a piece of broken car left in my car. There was also a heavy smell of paint. I don’t remember experiencing that last time I had my car fixed there. Maybe it was whatever was on the mats.

My rubber mats driver side and passenger side were coated with white? It was quite an ordeal to get them clean again. I also found a broken piece of my car under the seat and I’m not sure if my car came this way because it is brand new but on the passenger side, the insert on the door handle is missing. It is a simple piece that slips in that I think it’s for your hand to close the door .

After my car being repaired for over 1 month when I finally got it back they drained my battery entirely where my car broke down newburgh in the middle of an intersection. Now my car is being fixed again it seems like the car should have been checked before you had me come pick it up but now it’s just more problems that I have to deal with

You all do a TERRIFIC job! My Ranger repair looks stunning -- and the detail clean is an especially lovely treat in the midst of such a rough winter, no less. The only constructive suggestion I have is to spray and clean the road salt super-well out of the undercarriage.
