I had the best experience at Caliber Collision (CC) : Ms. Kim was excellent over the phone explaining the procedure and getting the pertinent information to get the work done and the connect that was made by USAA. I came into the workshop the next day and my paperwork was already done and Ms. Kim introduced me to Mr. Bradley who explained the entire procedure. Both Ms. Kim and Mr. Brad showed great cordiality, proficiency, efficiency and professionalism that could be meted to a client. To top this, the ambience of the waiting area is very pleasant! I got a followup call from Mr. Brad the next day explaining the issues and the plan of action in detail! In the following days, the spares were located and again I got the call from Mr. Brad as to how CC was going to proceed. The detailed list of activities planned and the caveats of the repair were sent in an email for approval. The next thing I know, the work was commenced, a tentative date for completion given, messages updating me on the work progress and finally the work completed way in advance of the estimated date with exceptional results. Again, I am extremely impressed by the entire process which was thorough and professionally done!! I appreciate the CC team for working diligently on the car with perfect results and most importantly taking such good care of me! I will be coming back to CC if I ever need any such work.
