Administration help is impeccable, very helpful and friendly!!! I rated it a 9 because there was dust and residue all over the back floor. The main part of the cab was clean and detailed, just the rest of cab was not. Nothing major at all......

The staff at Carstar Mills Body shop was very professional, extremely nice, kept me updated on the status of my car through emails, as well as phone calls, which I truly appreciated. The damage to my car was extensive and I had a limited budget to repair it. They team at this establishment did an amazing job on my car, they were prompt, and they finished under budget which I am so grateful for. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needs repairs or to fix the aesthetics of their vehicle.

Both times I have used this body shop. They have been extremely kind, professional, affordable, and even had the owner himself call and discussed the car with me. I have already recommended this body shop to my mother and Stepfather, who have used them and were just as satisfied. I will continue to use this body shop and recommend them to everyone I know.

From the office staff to the car artists who repaired my damage they were very friendly, professional, and informative. They continued to give me updates throughout my repairs with phone calls, emails, and even pictures which was all very appreciated. They haven’t two quotes which I had asked for and explained what they could do with the money I had available; since I wasn’t going through insurance. Both times the repairs came in costing under what I was expecting. And I would much rather a payment be less than what I expected than more. I would highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be using them again.
