I had multiple issues throughout my experience, mainly due to a clear lack of communication. Initially, I was told my car might be moved to the Penn location due to a staffing shortage, and I was assured I would receive a call before that happened. After not hearing anything for several days, I had to call myself to find out where my car was. I assumed it had been moved to the Penn location based on the limited information I was given. However, when I contacted that location, I was told my car had actually been sent to the Norman location. No one had informed me of this, and the Penn team had to track it down themselves because no one seemed to know where it was. The originally store didn’t even bother to inform me how far away my car was being moved. Communication continued to be an issue throughout the process. After several attempts to get updates, I was told that two replacement hoods had been ordered incorrectly, and a third had to be ordered before they finally got the correct one. Getting any kind of update felt like pulling teeth and it seemed off for a basic Hyundai to have to order 3 hoods before getting one that fit. To make matters worse, I received a call from the original location where I dropped off my car, asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment as if I had never shown up. This made it seem like there was little to no internal communication between locations and that no one was keeping track of my car which is concerning. After I raised my concerns, I finally began receiving more consistent and meaningful updates toward the end of the process. While the quality of the repair work itself looks great, the overall experience left me very hesitant to use this company again. Communication and customer service clearly need signifiant improvements. I can’t imagine what the process and lack of communication/ updates would be like for more severe damage than I had. It also took 2 weeks for minor repairs.

The paint is not smooth on part of the fender. Not noticeable unless you are inspecting it.
