I really appreciate the work your Ontario, Oregon staff did repairing my 2013 Toyota Prius. It looks like new -- even better, because it looks to me like they pretty much DETAILED it before calling me to pick it up. They not only washed the outside, which is more than even my Toyota maintenance shop does any more and was completely unexpected, but it also looks to me like they polished up the insides and even got the road grime out of the door jams. Plus, they did the repairs and all of those extras in less than 4 days. I couldn't be happier. The Ontario shop was one of the suggestions my American Family Insurance agent gave me, and I will be sure to thank him and let him know to continue doing that. Deb Key
