Terrible experience. And then they update their estimate almost $1,000 after we refused the work the first time. This is not a good look since the reason we refused the work was because the vehicle was in worst condition than when we took it in. Is that the insurance company’s fault??….and we wonder why insurance costs are so high! Maybe Caliber Collision should eat the cost of poor work instead of charging the insurance company for it. Won’t touch another one of my vehicles and will definitely not recommend unless you want a huge headache
