I have noticed that the headlight that was replaced keeps falling out have not had a chance to call and talk with them about it. But other than that the communication was beyond great and the quality of work was spot on

Caliber did a great job on my truck repair. They made the entire process easier than I was expecting and helped limit frustrations after getting rear ended. All repairs look great and my truck looks just like it did pre-damage (yet with more shine). It took a little longer to get my truck back because they were not happy with the color match and had to repaint the area (hence the score of 9 instead of 10 for the delay), but it was appreciated because I care more about the job being done right.

The staff was friendly and professional every time I talk to them. Eric is amazing! Not only did he know what he was talking about but conveyed it to me in a way I could understand. I love that they took the time to make sure my paint matched and paid the extra days for the rental car to fix the paint. The repairs took a reasonable amount of time even though I know they had to wait on others for a part or two. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision Ontario Oregon
