I had a great experience with your company. All staff were friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed with smiles. The technician was knowledgeable and I got my estimate fast. They communicated with me and explained everything that they were going to do. When I got my truck back, it looked brand new. I even got a to go present. They said they couldn’t replace the clear shield over the grill because it was not cracked but it’s discolored and looks odd next to the rest of it. I am disappointed about that. We waited and waited for the correct grill to come in. It took forever but they communicated with me continually trying to anticipate the repair time and they were very professional explaining things to me and gave me a snap gift when I paid and picked up the car. Overall, I’m pleased with the work.

Again I wish they had given me the choice to replace the clear shield over the grill. I have a feeling it will be hard for me to change out, as hard as it was to get the correct grill.
