The repair is top quality. It was completed much earlier than the auto updates indicated, which was nice, but the updates should be more accurate. They also cleaned inside the car! Very much appreciated!

Overall experience was excellent, it was my first time going through this experience and Kristian made the process super easy! Kept me updated and informed with everything that was being done and huge thank you to the guys that fixed my Jeep and made it look brand new again! The amount of changes to the pick up date, totaled 18. Corporate coming and removing the rack and taking a week to replace it and another week to train employees was a lot to stay patient with. The wait was 11 weeks from start to picking it up. Long time. Caliber paid my rental car bill completely and I appreciated that and the communication.

My vehicle wasn't properly repaired it is having transmission issues it didn't have before ut wobbles at high speed didn't do that before and all together we were told these issues "weren't covered " but the only way that could happen is if your staff didn't adequately inspect our vehicle

We are completely satisfied with the work done by Caliber Collision. With only liability insurance on our vehicle, we wished to keep our costs as low as possible. We asked for specific repairs to our vehicle to return the vehicle to a "drivable" condition. We also asked for replacement parts only if necessary, and preferred to use existing parts if they could be repaired/reused. We were not concerned about the paint color of replacement parts, as we planned on repainting the vehicle ourselves after repairs were completed. Caliber Collision listened to our requests and complied with all our wishes. Repairs look great, and the replacement hood looks like it belongs on the vehicle even though it is a different color. As far as we're concerned, the only auto body shop in Ontario, Oregon, is Caliber Collision.
